Hice una residencia de artista donde además de recolectar las chapas de Santa Cruz e Isabela, hice in situ una serie de dibujos con el viento y la arena. Construí cinco tablas de surf que pinté con temas locales geográficos, históricos y naturales del lugar. Copié las bases de madera para anclar las bicicletas y las tablas de surf y las usé como soporte para mis piezas.
I did an artist in residency where, in addition to collecting the Santa Cruz and Isabela bottle caps, I made in situ a series of drawings with the wind and the sand. I built five surfboards that I painted with local geographic, historical and natural themes of the place. I copied the wooden bases to anchor the bikes and surfboards and used them as a support for my pieces.
